Located in Historic Downtown Niwot, The Bader House was built in 1900 and served many a fine drink and dinner in its many years and relatively more recently as Colterra Restaurant until its unfortunate kitchen fire, October 2017. Fortunately the structure survived but in need of major renovation. Nassar Development and other talented disciples of history such as Anne Polte at Osmosis Architecture located in historic downtown Niwot have preserved its past to give it an exciting future through this restoration project. Open later Summer, 2024!
